Workin Men is exactly about that…working men. This site isn’t about all those buffed, sexy, super gay models who would never get a speck of dirt under their nails. This site is about all those hard working construction guys, the truckers spending hours and days in their rigs, and all those other just plain rugged, hard working, never pretty average gay guys. This is the real life, with real guys loving other real guys.
Right away it caught my attention. When you get to the site, you don’t see all these smooth, clean gay lads. What you do see is this rugged, 5 o’clock shadow dude wearing a cap. Nothing that would make you start to drool you say? Well, just keep looking. Further down on the screen is a bunch of thumbnails of the other working men who are in the member’s area. All of them just as rugged as the first, and all of them as sexy and real as you and me. That was all that I needed to see. I hurried my butt over and signed up right away.
Member’s Only Area is straight to the point. Near the top is the navigation bar with direct links to the different areas of the site: main page, whole session videos, buddies, in your face, loads series, oldies but goodies, workin’ men forums and more. The latest updates and any site related news is also on the main page.
I decided to check out Tom the Hitcher, the first guy I saw in the preview section. I clicked on his thumbnail and got to another page that supplied me with his occupation, the length of his video clip, and links to view his clips. I clicked on clip #1 and it opened to show a small video screen. The clips are down for QuickTime and the full-length videos are for Windows Media Player. Download time was pretty slow, but the image quality was good.
There is also a Workin Men’s Forum. Doesn’t cost to join, and you can post messages and talk with some real hard working gay men from all over. There are 140 members already in this forum!
I’ve really been enjoying this site. It is one of the most ‘real’ sites I have scene. They guys might not be drop dead gorgeous, but who is? The videos are good, the dudes are real. What more could you ask for?
